-Gaza, the freedom flotilla, imminent war with Lebanon/Iran, and the current revolutions in the
Middle East and its effects on the US, Israel, and Palestine.
Dr. Norman Finkelstein is arguably the leading voice for Palestine in the United States, and a son of Holocaust victims. Dr. Finkelstein will start by discussing the recent affairs of the conflict, such as the Gaza and Freedom Flotilla massacres and the so-called “peace-process.” Dr. Finkelstein will continue and speak on the criticality of the present situation in the Middle East, with Israel having occupied and annexed almost all of former Palestinian land
to its sovereignty, and its next target of Lebanon and a war with Iran in sight. Finkelstein will conclude on the current revolutions taking place in the Middle East and its effects on the US, and what prospect it has on Israel’s security and the long-sought liberation of Palestine.
